Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Keerthi Impex is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must notify Keerthi Impex within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue (photo or video).
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Once the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
